Returns

The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of many entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order after it's been placed.

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.

You are able to return an item if it is unused and in the same condition as the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
