Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly examined and secured. We ship to thousands of customers daily across different countries. Our determination to be the largest online retailer around the globe is evident by this. These warehouses are situated in Europe just as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.

Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
