Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your products will be subjected to a thorough examination and will be securely packaged before being shipped. The warehouses are located situated in Europe just as they are in USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot control it completely because several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you've made your purchase We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete exchange or refund.

The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. You must have the item in its original packaging.
